Chantal floor lamp by Ypma B.V

Is it a floor lamp or a table? 

This floor lamp, produced in Holland in the 1970s, is constructed entirely of PVC plastic and features a wine bottle holder, tray, and planter attached to its base. The three shades, also plastic, give off a wonderful warm glow. 

Overall good vintage condition with some scuffs from regular use. Lamp maintains original wiring but works fine.
