Steppe is a full service residential and commercial interior design studio in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Our style is grounded rather than airy, structured rather than nebulous, volumetric rather than flat. We like earthy colors, but those that lean towards the dramatic and saturated rather than neutral and pale. We like weird plants, sculptural wood forms, patinated leather, and lamps with a loud personality. We love contrast. And rounded corners. Above all, though, we love creating spaces that give clients a story to tell about their homes. One they can tell their friends, and one they can continue to write throughout the years.
