After Herman Miller ceased producing Charles and Ray Eames' shell chairs out of fiberglass in 1989, the Los Angeles-based Modernica scooped up the original manufacturing equipment, materials, and moulds, to keep the iconic pieces of design alive.

The result is chairs like these: the Modernica fiberglass arm chair, paired with a low rod base finished in chrome.
