Arco lamp by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Flos

The Arco floor lamp, the creation of Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962, is a design classic. And for good reason: The stainless steel stem, anchored by a 150 pound block of Carrera marble, reaches nearly 8' in height and extends more than 7'. The Arco has a presence like few other pieces of lighting.
